Value Added Tax (VAT) will be charged at the current rate and added for all UK & EU delivery addresses.
EU (non-UK) customers can place VAT Zero rated orders by stating their local VAT Number on the order form.
The UK VAT amount charged will be refunded.
Online 3D Secure card payment is processed through PayPal or PayPoint, both endorsed by all leading banks.
Only cards issued by UK banks will be accepted.
Offline card payment can be made by telephone or fax, by cheque to our address or by electronic transfer to our bank.

A service charge will be added for approved credit account orders.
The 3D Secure Authentication is an additional fraud prevention scheme applicable to all card payments.
3D Secure stands for 3 Domain Server, there are 3 parties that are involved in the 3D Secure process :
• The company the purchase is being made from (Laser Level Shop)
• The Acquiring Bank (the bank of the company)
• VISA and MasterCard (the card issuers themselves)
The scheme is a collective of Verified by VISA (VBV) and MasterCard Secure Code (MSC).
It is the most recent fraud prevention initiative that is available at the moment.
All orders are usually despatched within 2-3 working days from date of receipt.

UK shipments are sent via our routeing by Royal Mail, Parcelforce, FedEx UK or UPS.
EU & Worldwide shipments are sent via our routeing by Royal Mail, Parcelforce Worldwide, DHL, TNT or UPS.

Receipt of Goods
We recommend that all orders be signed for as "Unexamined".
If there is apparent damage to the packaging, this should be stated on the carriers receipt.
Orders should be inspected immediately following delivery and any discrepancy must be reported to us within 24 hours by telephone, email or fax.
Failure to comply with this procedure will result in any claim being refused by the carriers.
All products supplied by us are supported by the manufacturers' guarantee on a full repair or replacement basis, as follows:

Nivcomp - 1 year
Rion - 1 year
SmartTool - 1 year
Spot-On - 1 year

Any product, subject to normal use, found to be faulty during the above period, may be returned at the buyer's expense for inspection and report under warranty claim.
Prior notification of any return must be agreed.
A goods return reference number and a return delivery address will then be issued.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation & Returns
Online orders cancelled prior to shipping will be subject to a 10% or minimum £10 Cancellation charge.
Rights reserved to make a technical inspection and calibration charge of 25% or minimum £25 for goods returned if ordered online and no longer required or ordered in error.
1. Prior notification received within 7 days of delivery.
2. Goods returned at the buyer's expense are received unopened, in original packaging and unused.
Charges will also be made, if applicable, for the Credit Card charge and the Shipping cost.
Consequential loss resulting from the use of any product supplied by us will not be accepted.
