Carriers
UK shipments are sent by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or FedEx UK.
Export shipments by Parcelforce Worldwide, UPS or FedEx International.
Receipt of Goods
We recommend that all orders be signed for as "Unexamined".
If there is apparent damage to the packaging, this should be stated on the carriers receipt.
Orders should be inspected immediately following delivery and any discrepancy reported to us
within 24 hours by telephone, email or fax.
Failure to comply with this procedure will result in any claim being refused by the carriers.
