Laser Levelling Staff:
Special 'cut & fill' 2.4m laser levelling staff for Rotary (also Cross & Multi Line) Laser Receivers.
Now includes the FlexiSlide for easy height adjustment of the Laser Receiver.
Also included, a carrying case with shoulder strap.
The Laser Levelling Staff allows height differences to be measured directly without calculation.
Measuring with a Rotary Laser and Laser Levelling Staff:
To determine the height difference in the example shown in the picture:
First, align the laser beam, shown as a red line and attach the receiver set at the "0 mm" graduation mark on the staff in position A.
Then adjust the leg of the laser levelling staff to the exact height of the laser beam and fix with the knurled screw.
For measurement point B that is below the reference level, after re-aligning the receiver, the staff will show a negative reading in the red sector.
For point C that is higher, the value will be positive.
So with the plus/minus scale the correct values are shown without the need for any further calculation!
The reverse of the staff has E-graduations in cms. This is used for survey applications.

Telescopic Levelling Staff:
Telescopic levelling staff for Rotary (also Cross & Multi Line) Laser Receivers.
Front with cm-E graduation.
Back with mm graduations, (beginning at the base).
Alternative 5m levelling staff for steep slopes and deep trench applications, also for groundworks and surveying.
Measuring with Telescopic Levelling Staff:
To determine the height difference in the example shown below, the levelling staff is first set up at point A.
Align the receiver with laser beam and note the height measurement.
The staff can now be re-positioned at any Point B and the second height difference measured.
Calculation of height difference:
Height A - Height B = Height difference H
E-graduation Scale:
This special form of scale graduation can be used for groundworks and distant survey applications.
The E-blocks are 5cm high and the red and black sections indicate alternate meter divisions.
