The Spot-On Red Alignment Laser 100mw Laser Sets are mains powered, offering an ultra-bright red line, cross or spot laser alternatives.

The modules use a Red Laser Diode and can operate between -10°C and +40°C with a highly stable output, good beam pattern with glass optics.

All line, cross and spot lasers have an adjustable focus with focus lock.

Each laser set includes the laser module, a 110-240v AC/5v DC power supply unit, an in-line switch and a heavy-duty universal mount kit with fixing screws.

The laser module, in-line switch, power supply unit, extension cables and optional accessories are all inter-connected with a universal plug'n socket system.

The laser sets are supplied in kit form with the above components and instructions for self-assembly, fixing and connection by the user.

Applications
Recommended for general industrial alignment and positioning applications.

Spot-On positioning laser sets can be mounted on machines for alignment and positioning of material in manufacturing processes.

Laser Modules
The Class 3B <100mW lasers, to the IEC 60825-1 Standard are supplied to professional users and for OEM industrial applications only.

Alternative Class 3R <5mW laser modules are available to meet specific safety requirements. (Details upon application)

Green Lasers v Red Lasers
The distance over which a laser is visible to the eye depends on the colour or the wavelength of the laser beam.

The human eye sees green much better than red, so a green laser appears 5 to 10 times brighter than a red laser. For this reason we recommend green lasers are used for applications in very bright ambient light conditions.

In-line Dimmer Control Switch
The variable in-line dimmer control switch adjusts the laser brightness, which also reduces the line length and thickness, or the spot diameter.

This enables the laser beam to be best projected onto surfaces of different texture and colour, also reduce any possible reflection.
