The Spot-On Green Positioning Laser 50mW LaserLite OEM Set is mains powered, offering anra-bright green line, cross and spot laser beam options.
The mini laser module uses an Osram green laser diode and can operate between -10°C and +40°C with highly stable output, excellent beam pattern with special coated glass optics.
All line, cross and spot optics have an adjustable focus.
Each LaserLite set includes the mini laser module complete with line, cross and spot interchangeable lenses. plus a 110-240v AC/5v DC power supply unit, in-line switch and an adjustable mini mount.
The mini mount has a good thermal conductivity and a low footprint with flexibility, so that it can easily be installed on any vertical or horizontal plane.
The mini laser module, in-line switch and power supply unit, also extension cables and other optional accessories can all be inter-connected with a universal plug and socket system.
Also included is an M4x16 hex machine screw with 2mm, 2.5mm and 3mm hex keys for engineer's to fix and adjust.
The LaserLite set is supplied in a kit form with the above components for self-assembly, fixing and connection by the user.
Applications
The Spot-On LevelLite set is primarily intended for OEM use by industral equipment manufactuters to incorporate into specific customised products for alignment and positioning applications.
The Spot-On LevelLite set can also be mounted on machines for single axis alignment and positioning of material in manufacturing processes.
A laser warning sticker should be affixed to the final product or installation.
In-line Dimmer Control Switch
The variable in-line dimmer control switch adjusts the laser brightness, which also reduces the line length and thickness, or the spot diameter.
This enables the laser beam to be best projected onto surfaces of different texture and colour, also reduce any possible reflection.

The mini laser module, (to the IEC 60825-1 Standard) is supplied to professional users for OEM industrial applications only.

In order to meet H&S Regulations, Green Laser Safety Goggles should be used when the green Spot/Point Laser module is not fixed to a machine or where a reflection may occur!

Green v Red Lasers
The distance over which a laser is visible to the eye depends on the colour or the wavelength of the laser beam.
The human eye sees green much better than red, so a green laser appears 5 to 10 times brighter than a red laser. For this reason we recommend green lasers are used for applications in very bright ambient light conditions.
